On July 25, the investor, Sacom Real Estate Joint Stock Company (Samland), officially held a ceremony to "Hand over the Certificate of Home Ownership" to residents of Samsora Riverside.

Residents receiving their apartments since December 2019 have officially obtained their pink books (Certificates of Home Ownership) in July 2020, allowing them to settle down and thrive in their dream homes.
