Sacom Real Estate Joint Stock Company (SAMLAND) was established with an initial charter capital of VND 200 billion, of which 99.4% came from Sacom Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (now SAM Holdings), one of the first listed companies on the stock market with the stock code SAM.
Started construct the first 12-storey apartment and office building project in the center of Binh Thanh district named SamLand Riverview.
Completed and handed over the SamLand Riverview project on schedule, marking the first mark for the SAMLAND brand.
Continued to develop the Nhon Trach urban project with a total area of 55.2 hectares in Dong Nai and the SamLand Giai Viet project located in the center of District 8, Ho Chi Minh City with 222 high-class design apartments

SAMLAND officially became a public company, successfully registered the stock code SLD at Vietnam Securities Depository.
With a multi-segments real estate development strategy, SAMLAND implemented the Samsora Riverside project in Di An city, Binh Duong with 3 blocks 22 storey (total of 1,125 apartments and 11 Shophouses)
Samsora Riverside project was handed over ahead of schedule, legal procedures were completed quickly, contributing to increasing the Company's charter capital to VND 422,347,860,000 on December 2019
The Company's charter capital continued to increase to VND 443,463,730,000 through stock dividend payment.
SAMLAND is constantly increasing land bank and completing legal procedures for projects in the upcoming years. The Company's charter capital in 2021 reached VND 785,730,950,000 through offering shares to existing shareholders and stock dividend payment.
