SAMLAND TEAM BUILDING 2023: WORK WITH PASSION – PLAY TO THE FULLEST

This is one of SAMLAND's largest annual internal events, carefully organized by the company’s leadership to appreciate the dedication and hard work of all employees. It also serves as a platform for team members to connect, share experiences, and strengthen their bonds.

As soon as they arrived in Phú Quốc, team members eagerly immersed themselves in the first exciting activities, including a visit to Vinpearl Safari Phú Quốc—Vietnam’s first semi-wildlife conservation park
The first semi-wildlife conservation park in Vietnam, along with a scenic walk through Grand World Phú Quốc, a destination that beautifully recreates the renowned charm of Venice, Italy.

The light “warm-up” activities on the first day set a relaxed and refreshing tone, energizing everyone for the exciting experiences ahead.

On the second day, after enjoying a delicious breakfast, the team headed to An Thới Station to experience the world's longest over-sea cable car ride to Hòn Thơm. Here, members had the opportunity to unwind on stunning beaches, enjoy thrilling games at Aquatopia Water Park, explore local cuisine, and more.

After an exciting series of activities on Hòn Thơm Island, the team returned to the mainland to rest at the resort, recharging for the much-anticipated Team Building session on the beach later that afternoon.

Beach Team Building – An Explosive Playground with Thrilling Team Challenges 

Each team entered the competition with fiery enthusiasm, working together to conquer a series of dynamic challenges such as "Dance to the Beat with the Team Leader," "Rapid Strike Squad," and "The Team Wheel." Cheers and applause echoed across the beach, creating an electrifying atmosphere like never before.

Beyond just a test of physical endurance, the event was a chance for members to showcase seamless coordination, creativity, and strong teamwork. The thrill of victory, heartfelt embraces, and radiant smiles left an unforgettable mark on everyone’s hearts.

After an afternoon filled with intense challenges, everyone came together for an emotional and memorable Gala Dinner in an elegant and cozy setting.

The team indulged in a lavish feast featuring Phú Quốc’s signature delicacies while enjoying musical performances, engaging in mini-games, and participating in a lucky draw with valuable prizes that brought joy and excitement to all attendees. Laughter and applause filled the air, making the evening a truly unforgettable experience for everyone.

On the final day, before leaving Phú Quốc, the team visited several famous landmarks, including Dinh Cậu, Hộ Quốc Pagoda, Pearl Stores, and Sunset Sanato Beach Club.

The 3-day, 2-night journey in Phú Quốc came to a fulfilling end, strengthening bonds and leaving unforgettable memories in the hearts of the SAMLAND family.
