According to the investor, Samsora Riverside covers an area of 1.4 hectares and, when completed, will provide the market with 1,136 apartments in three 23-story blocks. This is one of the largest apartment projects in Binh Duong province
"This project was announced at the end of 2017, attracting many customers and real estate investors from Dong Nai and Binh Duong. Over 1,000 apartments in the project were sold out within four months.
'At this point, having completed the roof, the project has a high price increase potential in the secondary market, ranging from 150 to 250 million VND per apartment, depending on the area,' emphasized a representative of the investor.
With a strong commitment to this first product line, the investor has carefully selected strategic partners, including the design company Mai Archi, the supervision consulting company Nagecco, and the construction units: Phuc Hung Holdings, Socon Vietnam, and An Viet.
The investor's representative stated that in less than eight months since the commencement of the construction package, the Samsora Riverside project has completed the roofs of all three blocks A, B, and C, each with 23 stories. The project is accelerating its completion pace to hand over the apartments to customers in 2019.
According to the contractor's representative, to meet the strict requirements for progress and quality set by the investor Samland, the construction unit had to deploy a large number of engineers and workers on-site without days off, using modern construction methods."
